Ad text
Empath, teacher, nurse. If one of those is you, you know the feeling of coming home wearing everyone else's day. A while back I started wearing three stones together: black obsidian, malachite and dalmatian jasper. In crystal tradition obsidian is worn to block negativity, malachite for emotional boundaries, and dalmatian jasper to keep the mood light. I cannot promise what it will do for you. I can tell you the heavy conversations stopped following me home. Maybe it is the stones. Maybe it is what wearing them reminds me to do. Either way, my energy feels like mine again.
