The Z10-BodyFit Mattress is divided into 10 firmness zones per sleeper and each zone can be independently adjusted as needed with 10 degrees of firmness. Additionally, the Head and Neck Pillow is adjustable. In order to receive this system you will need to visit a physiotherapist (ideally your own), who knows your body - they will, under video guidance fit the mattress and pillow so you can achieve a sleep posture based on your exact issues. This results in a bed, mattress and pillow that is customised to your exact needs. The prescribed bed also comes with a 12 week trial in order to ensure you get a benefit from your prescribed sleep posture. If not - it can be returned for a full refund.
