I didn’t expect a dresser to make me emotional, but here we are 🥹 As the only boy with three sisters, my son is incredibly easygoing. He doesn’t ask for much, and in full transparency, his room has often been an afterthought while I focused on everyone else’s. When @allmodern gifted him the Ellis 6-Drawer Dresser, I thought we were simply upgrading a piece of furniture (from an old hand-me-down to something new and beautiful). What I didn’t anticipate was how proud and excited he would be to have something that felt special and chosen just for him. His room still looks like a little boy’s room - complete with figurines, Christmas lights, and all the things he loves - but now it feels more intentional, more grown up, and elevated. Watching his reaction was such a good reminder that our boys deserve beautiful spaces too! Sometimes the smallest changes make someone feel seen, valued, and loved.
