Hey! I’m Ilay, a sales mentor and this is my story on how I went from a broke high school dropout into closing 6 figures deals while travelling the world. I started my sales journey when I was young - at 16 I left the traditional education path and went to study sales in a large retail company. After hustling every single day in 12 hours shifts I proved my sales skill for the company and I became the sales menager. At only 17 years old I managed the whole sales team of 5 people - making over 100,000$ in total monthly revenue. Later on in my career I worked so hard and started feeling like this life is not for me. I wanted to have freedom and build my own businesses while travelling the world. Eventually I quit and took a one way flight to Thailand on New Year’s Eve in order to get focus on building my own business. I invested multiple 5 figures into sales and coaching training to become a true leader. Now I’m the head of international sales department. Every month I travel to a new country closing 6 figures deals. But I still wanted to help more people That’s how I met my beautiful girlfriend @sofiaa.kuzmitskaiaa who is (guess what?) a business mentor. After meeting her she told me she is struggling with sales and asked for help in her sales skills. I’ve been able to help her go from 15% close rate to 45% and also helped many of her students. And I realise I want be a sales mentor. Because sales isn’t about convincing people - it’s about leadership, mindset, and truly helping others. It’s a skill that gives you more money, better relationships, stronger coaching ability, and better communication.
