Come and join us on a Breathwork and TRE retreat in a beautiful setting at Sima Kade Bush Camp. We invite you to join the activities offered and also to take time for yourself as you need. We will be offering 3 gentle breath-and-movement sessions over the weekend, that will encourage you to connect back into the body and become more present. Each booking includes a private TRE session either during the weekend or after the retreat at The Collaborative Healing Centre in Kyalami. We intend to support you in finding and honouring your needs, and if that includes connecting with the group, the space will be consciously and compassionately held and facilitated. Plant based meals will compliment the experience that will be deeply nourished and held by Nature and her elements. Bush camp is nestled in a valley in Hekpoort. The accommodation is situated in the midst of the trees and along a stream so that we are held by Nature's elements and her ability to ground us. This space aims to assist you in finding and honouring your needs and if that includes connecting with the group, the space will be consciously and compassionately held for you. COSTS The weekend includes all meals, accommodation, all sessions and snacks & refreshments. Accommodation is generally shared in two different settings - - Treetop rooms with a daybed and outdoor en-suite ablutions - Grounded adjoining cabins with shared outdoor ablutions Accommodation is rustic and beautifully nestled in the midst of Nature's embrace.
