We aim to increase the quality of daily life with activities and services which allow your loved one to live comfortably and independently in their home. We can take care of everything from errands, to doctor visits, to insurance, medication management and more. We offer Companion Care services including Respite Care, Personal Care services including Ostomy and Foley Care, and Skilled Nursing services including Hospice and Palliative Care. Lean On Dee is a family-owned and operated Home Care Agency (RSA) based out of Severna Park, MD licensed to operate in the entire state of Maryland. We are a Level 3 RSA which means we can offer all care up to and including Skilled Nursing. We are available for all schedules from as little as 4 hours daily and up to 24 hours daily.
