The Professional Grappling Federation The Professional Grappling Federation (PGF) is one of the fastest-growing professional grappling organizations in the world. The PGF uses a team-based competitive format, bringing together elite athletes who compete in a season format similar to traditional professional sports. Athletes earn points for submissions and performances while representing their teams throughout the season. Andrew competes for the Philadelphia Phenoms, one of the standout teams in the league, featuring high-level grapplers from across the East Coast. What You’ll Learn During this seminar Andrew will be teaching a system for controlling and attacking from half butterfly guard, including: Half Butterfly Sweeps Learn how to off-balance and sweep opponents using modern half butterfly entries and leverage concepts. Leg Lock Entries Andrew will demonstrate how to transition from half butterfly into effective leg lock positions while maintaining strong control. Passing Open Guards Learn pressure-based passing strategies designed to shut down modern guard players. This seminar will give you practical techniques that you can immediately apply in both training and competition.
