Independent Support Coordinator Contractor $85 per Billable Hour Expressions of interest are open for experienced Support Coordinators seeking to provide services as independent contractors within an established registered NDIS provider framework. This opportunity does not constitute a business opportunity, franchise, employment offer, or guaranteed revenue arrangement. ------------------------ Contractor Requirements Suitable applicants must: -- Hold and operate under their own active ABN -- Maintain appropriate professional indemnity and public liability insurance -- Be responsible for their own taxation and superannuation arrangements -- Retain full discretion over accepting or declining participant engagements -- Operate on a non exclusive basis and remain free to provide services elsewhere -- Control their own work methods and scheduling within regulatory requirements -- Source and manage their own participant relationships -- Deliver services strictly in accordance with the NDIS Act 2013, NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Code of Conduct, and applicable Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits -- Ensure all participant acquisition activities comply with the NDIS Code of Conduct and applicable consumer law ------------------------ Operating Framework Services are delivered under the registered provider’s compliance, audit, and governance framework. This arrangement does not transfer, assign, sublicense, or sell any NDIS registration.
