We provide the systems, the playbooks, and a manager who steps back once direction is clear. You own the performance of 15 to 20 setters working US fitness clients — by listening to live calls and reading active message threads in real time. What we're looking for: 📞 3+ years in BPO, call center, or outbound work 🧠 1+ year leading or coaching agents (formal or informal) 🗣️ Fluent English with a clear, neutral accent 💬 You coach in the moment, not just in scheduled sessions 📂 You document coaching, escalations, and accountability without being chased for it What we offer: 💰 $15,000–$18,000 USD/year (based on KPIs, experience, and location) + overtime pay 🏠 Fully remote, full-time, long-term 🎓 Paid training and structured onboarding 📊 You report directly to the CX Ops Manager.
