We are Hiring: Student Counsellor (Female) We are seeking for the Student Counsellors, who is responsible for counseling prospective students, promoting courses and training programs, managing leads, and converting inquiries into enrollments. The role requires strong communication, customer relationship management, and sales skills to achieve monthly admission and revenue targets. Job Details Vacancies: 02 Employment: Full-time Working Days: 6 Days Per week Location: Mirpur-10, Dhaka-1216 Requirements - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - 1–3 years of experience in student counseling, telesales, customer service, or sales-related roles. - Fresh graduates with excellent communication and persuasive skills are encouraged to apply. - Strong communication skills in Bangla and English. - Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software is preferred. - Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Key Responsibilities - Provide counseling and guidance to prospective students regarding courses, career opportunities, fees, and admission procedures. - Handle inquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, social media, and walk-in visits. - Follow up with leads and convert them into successful enrollments. - Achieve monthly admission and sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with students and guardians. - Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, and enrollments using CRM or spreadsheets. - Conduct outbound calls to generate new admissions and promote training programs. - Coordinate with the marketing and academic teams to ensure a smooth admission process. - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. - Provide after-sales support and ensure student satisfaction.
