Ad text
I'm 31 Years Old. I Don't Use The S&P 500 As My Investing Strategy ❌ The S&P 500 can be useful for many people, but it doesn't match how I mainly invest. It tracks a big basket of large companies, which means I'm not personally choosing every business inside that fund. My approach is picking a small number of individual companies that pass clear checks on profit, debt levels, and overall financial strength. Choosing them myself gives me more control over what I own and a clear reason for why each investment is there. My timeframe is medium term, so I plan to hold positions for weeks or months, then exit using rules I set in advance. I can still park money in index funds when needed, but I don't treat them as my core wealth‑building engine. The “right” strategy depends on your knowledge, time, goals, and how comfortable you are with risk and volatility. Follow for more investing education on medium‑term, rules‑based stock strategies that fit around a busy life. The views expressed are for educational purposes only and are not a recommendation to buy, sell or avoid any investment or investment strategy. Capital is at risk, and past performance is not a guarantee of future results. #stockinvesting #sp500 #individualstocks #investingstrategy #financialeducation
