I am looking for 5 partners to start a portfolio of micro-brands with using 2026 AI infrastructure and systems. Model: E-com or SaaS only (for now). Cost: $5k per month which includes $2.5k in monthly adspend, data, software, and VA team. Equity split: 70% you 30% me How it works: Each phase takes 1 month. Phase 1: Setup/onboarding + use of custom-built AI systems to find gaps/pains that audiences are complaining about. Phase 2: Test offers and build the winning offer into a brand. Automate fulfilment. Phase 3: Automate organic traffic channels and let the business warm up for 2 to 4 months. This builds the initial audience which is needed to build scalable ad campaigns. Expected results = 1 validated and revenue generating business every 3 months (for now). The system can be scaled to produce 1 to 2 proven brands per month. My job: Test brands, run the automated organic system, and build successful brands to $5k monthly revenue. Your job: After $5k/month is achieved, you'll need to take over operations and hire talent to build the growing micro-brands into bigger businesses. What to expect: 1. You approve what gets built. By buying market research data and using sophisticated AI systems, you will have hundreds of brand ideas to choose from. All ideas go through the first layer of validation, which is 17 deep research AI workflows. You’ll only see ideas that pass all 17 research filters. 2. Every month, you can pick 5 to 10 brands and we’ll build the marketing, positioning, offer, and the paid ad campaigns to test real demand. 3. All winners are connected to our organic growth system automatically. This system is made up of VAs + AI tools + content vendors. The system slowly builds an audience and the initial customer base for the micro-brand. So the deliverables are: Market research → Ad campaigns + landings + positioning + marketing → if winner, send to growth system
