BUILDING COMMUNITY & SHAPING THE FUTURE! Secondary School Transition from St John's to Shalom Catholic College! This week, we were delighted to welcome many of our Year 3–5 families to our St John's to Shalom – A Positive Pathway Evening. It was wonderful to see such strong support for this exciting partnership between St John's Lutheran Primary School and Shalom Catholic College. We extend our sincere thanks to Mr Dean Wearmouth, Principal of Shalom Catholic College, for sharing his vision and highlighting the opportunities available for our students and families. Both St John's and Shalom are communities built on strong Christian values, where young people are known, valued and encouraged to become the very best version of themselves. Together, we share a commitment to nurturing the whole child and providing learning environments grounded in faith, care and excellence. We are particularly excited that families were able to hear about the confidence this pathway provides for St John's students who apply at Shalom Catholic College for Year 7 into the future. This partnership reflects our commitment to Building Community and Shaping the Future as part of our Strategic Plan, while providing families with greater certainty as they plan for their child's educational journey. Thank you to everyone who attended. We look forward to continuing to strengthen this relationship and creating even more opportunities for our students and families in the years ahead. If you have any questions, please reach out to St John’s Lutheran Primary School or Shalom Catholic College. #StJohnsBundaberg #BuildingCommunity #ShapingTheFuture #ChristianEducation #KnownValuedLoved #StJohnsToShalom
