As expected, fashion took centre stage, but it was the watches on their wrists that truly caught the spotlight. Winner of Best Rap Album, Kendrick Lamar paired a Chanel suit with a diamond-set white gold Cartier Tank Américaine, delivering effortless elegance. Puerto Rican superstar Bad Bunny, who took home both Best Música Urbana Album and Best Global Music Performance, opted for a custom Schiaparelli suit, finished simply with a yellow-gold Cartier Tortue. Presenter Harry Styles also leaned into the moment, wearing a Cartier Tank Must, further cementing the rise of the thin watch trend on the red carpet. Meanwhile, Pharrell Williams, Malice, and Pusha T showcased very different watch choices: Pharrell with a Richard Mille RM 74-02, Malice wearing the Richard Mille RM 67-01, and Pusha T opting for a diamond-set white gold Rolex Day-Date 40.
