It is a one-off opportunity for those who are ready to release, reset, and reconnect in a deeply supported environment. There are moments where you feel the pull to attend something without fully understanding why. This is one of those moments! EVENT OVERVIEW Join Cristalle Anne (New Zealand) and international musician Aaron Vendel for an evening designed to support the release of stored shock and trauma within the body. This experience combines education, somatic awareness, guided inner work, and live sound. You will be guided through: Understanding how shock and trauma are held within the body Gentle, effective techniques to support release and nervous system regulation A guided shamanic journey to access your inner landscape Live acoustic guitar and vocal toning throughout the experience A safe, grounded, and professionally held environment Cristalle’s facilitation style is calm, intuitive, and safety-led, allowing each participant to move at their own pace and only access what they are ready to release. THE EXPERIENCE This is a deeply immersive process where sound, guidance, and body awareness come together. Participants often experience a sense of: Physical and emotional release Nervous system reset Mental clarity and grounding Reconnection to self No prior experience is necessary.
