We're hiring a coach. Not a support rep, not an admin. A coach. At Network Marketing School, we work with driven network marketers who are building real businesses and real brands online. The person we hire will coach and support approximately 80–100 of them inside our mastermind. That means building genuine relationships with every client on your book. Noticing when someone goes quiet before they've even realised they're drifting. Reaching out first. Asking the questions that get to the real problem. Celebrating wins like they're your own because, in this role, they are. It also means having honest conversations. Our clients don't need someone who tells them everything's fine. They need someone in their corner who's willing to ask, "You've stopped posting... what's actually going on?" and then help them work through it. The best part? Watching clients achieve goals they once thought were out of reach because of the conversations, encouragement, accountability, and coaching you provided along the way. If you've built a network marketing business yourself, you'll already understand this journey: the excitement, the setbacks, and the moments people almost give up. Experience within the network marketing industry is preferred. If you've coached, mentored, or managed clients to meaningful results in another field, we'd love to hear from you too.
