Talent alone, can only get you so far. Your natural ability to be able to do something well is not what will define your success. Your success will be determined more so by the amount of effort you put into something. Here's the equation: talent X effort = skill Now it's true, if you have a natural talent, you will need less effort to develop your skill. But you can still get the same result by increasing your effort. This is true when it comes to social media marketing, when it comes to clinical skills, leadership skills. This is true for anything within your business. The equation for success is this: skill X effort = success. So when you develop your skill, then you add the effort into putting that skill into play, you get success. Which means in your journey for your success, EFFORT counts TWICE. Do not underestimate yourself. Just because you don't have a natural talent at something doesn't mean you can't have the success that you want. Effort is the most important piece of this puzzle. So the real question is, where do you need to put in effort in order to have the success you want?
