We are hiring a dynamic LCSW Clinical Case Manager at Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County! The Clinical Case Manager (CCM) is responsible for providing high-level case management services to Boys & Girls Club members and their families and supervising all Medicaid billing-related case management services provided by Boys & Girls Clubs of Broward County (BGCBC). This position ensures that all case management services are delivered in a trauma-responsive, strengths-based, and culturally competent manner. The CCM oversees the case management-related job segments of the Life & Resiliency Skills Coordinators including crisis intervention, psychosocial assessment, family intervention, member/family education, and service planning. Additionally, the CCM is responsible for supporting BGCBC’s mission through the practice and implementation of ethical decision-making, Medicaid compliance, clinical documentation, and partnerships that enhance the mental health and social-emotional well-being of youth and families served through BGCBC.
