About the role - You'll coordinate marketing projects for a U.S. marketing agency — planning, tracking, and keeping clients and internal teams aligned. This is a part-time, on-site role built for someone detail-oriented who keeps work moving so nothing slips. Two part-time positions are open so coverage can span the U.S. workday. What you’ll do - Help plan, run, and monitor marketing projects from kickoff to delivery - Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with the team - Track timelines, budgets, and status reports so nothing falls through the cracks - Send clear updates to clients and internal teams, and answer questions promptly - Set up client meetings and prepare agendas - Run workflow and action items in Asana - Support account managers on deliverables and onboarding new clients - Track cost/hour against each client to keep the account profitable Tools you’ll use - Asana, Slack, and Google Workspace (Drive, Docs, Sheets). What we’re looking for - Strong organization and a real eye for detail - Clear written and spoken English (C1) — you're in front of U.S. clients - Hands-on with Asana, Slack, and Google tools - Calm and reliable when several projects run at once — follow-ups don't slip - Coordination, account, or project-management experience is a plus, not required Compensation & schedule - MX$13,000–19,000/month, On-site in Chapultepec Country, Guadalajara. Paid training and bonuses for attendance, punctuality, and productivity. Mentorship from an experienced team and a clear path to a full-time PM seat as the account grows.
