You'll be the face of Griswold in the community, building relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, senior living communities, social workers, and other referral partners. Your goal is to make Griswold the first call when non-medical home care is needed. You'll also collaborate on marketing efforts, learn operations inside and out, and partner with the internal team to align growth with exceptional service delivery.
