Waitstaff / Bartender → Duty Manager Pathway (Full-Time) – CHIC Restaurant CHIC Restaurant (64 Manchester Street), a well-established venue with over 20 years in business, is looking for a Waitstaff / Bartender to join our team. ⚠️ Important: This role is for someone who is serious about progressing into a Duty Manager position.We are not looking for someone who only wants a casual waitstaff role. What we’re looking for: Minimum 6 months bartending experience Strong customer service skills Reliable, professional, and able to handle busy shifts Willing and committed to stepping into a Duty Manager role What we offer: Full-time hours (shifts starting from around 4:00 PM) Full training and support We will assist the right candidate to obtain their Duty Manager Certificate / Liquor Licence Opportunity to grow within a long-standing and busy venue We are also open to applicants who already hold a current Duty Manager Licence.
