About the role U.S. business owners call in because they want funding. Your job is to take that call, lead the conversation, and move it to a completed application — including the credit pull. There's no slow ramp; you're leading from day one. Your income is tied directly to your output. What you’ll do Handle incoming calls from U.S. business owners interested in funding Lead the conversation toward a completed funding application Pull credit and log activity accurately in the CRM Hit daily production targets and weekly consistency goals What we’re looking for C1 English, written and spoken — non-negotiable You lead conversations, not just participate in them You handle objections without stalling Consistent and productive across a full shift, every day Based in Guadalajara or able to relocate before your start date Compensation & schedule Base MX$12,000/month → MX$18,000 based on KPIs. Weekly bonuses MX$1,500–4,000; monthly bonuses up to MX$10,000. Top performers: MX$20,000–35,000+/month. Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM.
