Sales Consultant | We're Hiring | Furniture Sales Estora Home is looking for a passionate and driven Sales Consultant to join our Woodstock Cape Town showroom. We are a South African furniture manufacturer and retailer, known for creating beautiful, handcrafted furniture that combines comfort, quality, and value. As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a strong sense of responsibility, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service. What we're looking for: - A hardworking and reliable individual - Punctual and professional - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Computer literate and comfortable learning new systems - Well-presented and customer-focused - Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks - Someone with an interest in furniture, interiors, design, or home décor - Previous experience in furniture, interior design, retail sales, or a related industry would be advantageous Minimum Requirements: - 3–5 years of work experience - Proven sales and customer service experience - Strong administration and organisational skills - Valid driver's licence and own transport preferred What you'll be doing: - Assisting customers in our showroom - Providing product recommendations and design guidance - Preparing quotations and processing sales - Following up on leads and customer enquiries - Maintaining excellent customer relationships throughout the sales process - Assisting with showroom presentation and day-to-day operations What we offer: - Competitive basic salary - Achievable and rewarding commission structure - Staff discounts on our products - Ongoing training and development - Genuine opportunities for career growth within a growing South African brand At Estora Home, we value attitude just as much as experience.
