Friends. I need to say something and I'll keep it short. We had to change our packaging. Not because we wanted to. Because we had to. Other companies started copying our old pink and white bottle design. Running ads on Facebook with it under different brand names. Selling who knows what inside. We knew about the Amazon fakes. That's been going on for a while. But seeing our old packaging style show up in Facebook ads from brands that didn't exist 6 months ago — that crossed a line. I don't know what's in their bottles. I haven't tested them. But I've had customers buy those products thinking they were buying ours. It didn't work. They blamed collagen. They went back to apoquel. Their dog kept scratching. That's what kills me. Not the copying. The dogs that don't get helped because someone bought a knockoff and gave up. So we rebuilt the packaging from scratch. Dark navy. Clinical. Professional. What to watch out for is any ad with a pink bottle linking to a DIFFERENT website with a DIFFERENT brand name. That's the copycat. That's not us. I have no idea what's inside those bottles.
