"Pathways to Peace" The Summer Solstice marks the longest day of the year, a time when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky, radiating its potent energy upon the earth. This celestial event has been revered by cultures around the world for millennia, symbolizing a time of abundance, growth, and vitality. ​Honoring the Summer Solstice allows us to align with the rhythms of nature and tap into the profound wisdom of our ancestors, who recognized this time as an opportunity for spiritual renewal and inner transformation. By honoring the solstice, we honor the cycles of life, death, and rebirth, acknowledging our interconnectedness with the natural world and the eternal dance of creation. ​As we come together in sisterhood to celebrate the Summer Solstice, let us open our hearts to the abundant blessings of the sun, allowing its radiant light to illuminate our path and guide us on our journey of self-discovery and soulful connection. ​We will take part in multiple pathways to peace allowing us to tune in to our SOULS. Taking time to be quiet, to peel back the layers, meditating, sharing, breathing, being in nature, drinking tea and gathering around a fire, ending the day with a burning ritual as we move into the next half of the retreat. ​As with all the spaces I hold you can take part in everything or nothing, whatever feels good and nourishes YOU is what’s important. We will be offering the services of 6-8 different certified & licensed facilitators. If you don't choose to participate in a particular activity we have horses on site, 13 acres, a nature preserve & Big Darby Creek behind the sanctuary for you to roam upon. ​The days may include but not limited to: ~ A welcome circle: We will begin our day by forming a sacred circle, creating a safe and nurturing space for you to share your intentions and aspirations for the day ahead. ​~ A Breathwork practice that ignites activation, soul purpose and leaves people saying I am forever changed. ~Vinyasa Yoga to ground into the space, your body and each other. ​~ Guided Meditation & time for silence, allowing you to tune in and become still enough to hear the quiet voice within. ​~ A beautiful walk in nature to move our bodies, ground and be in the light. Accompanied by meditative practice as well as plant identification & teaching. ​~ A rejuvenating sound bath session, where the harmonious vibrations will wash away tension, leaving you feeling refreshed, renewed, and deeply restored. ~ Mini Massage to include hands, feet & head or shoulders, neck, scalp... (options for full massage at additional cost) ~ Art Therapy-Details to come... ~ Hapé (Rapé): Amazonian Hapé (Rapé) is the preparation of powdered medicinal herbs, often with a tobacco base. Hapé is typically made with mapacho - Hapé elicits a feeling of alertness and elevation that surpasses most other natural plant-based effects. ~ Cacao Ceremony-The drink of the Gods. ~Mini Facials--the holistic practice of cleansing the face with nontoxic or organic facial cleanser accompanied with a relaxation technique to improve lymphatic drainage & reduce stress by a Certified/Licensed Esthetician. ~ Horse Medicine- Join us as we meditate in the pasture with the horses while also experiencing the medicine & healing effects of these magical sentient beings. ~ Astrology 101: The teachings of Astrology, the Big 3 Sun sign, Moon sign & Rising sign plus the download & inner standing of your own personal chart. Please come with your birth date, time & location in order to participate. ~ Contrast Therapy- Cold Plunge for 1-3 min's followed by Infrared Sauna or Hot Tub experience. ~ Tai Chi, Qi Gong- ~ Forgiveness Fire- ~ Ecstatic Dance- ~ Herbal or Essential Oil Make & Take ~Henna Artist ~ Ending the day gathering around the flickering flames of a fire, to release burdens, ignite intentions, and embrace the transformative power of the fire within. Saturday 9am-6pm Lunch served, ending with a Fire Ceremony & Dinner at 7pm Sunday 8am Breakfast Retreat begins 9am-4pm with ceremony ending at 4-5pm & departures The food we offer will be high vibrational, nourishing, organic, and wholesome offering gluten free, vegetarian, and or vegan options in addition. If you have dietary concerns or allergies, please message me directly. Overnight Accommodations not included but for those who register on a first come first served basis, we will offer tent camping and or sleeping arrangements inside the sanctuary (shared space). If you need overnight accommodations, please reach out to me for additional details. We are only offering 20 spaces to insure a most intimate experience for each woman. Now offering post integration call to assist with integrating the practices we demonstrated during the retreat.
