AD The mid-week recipe you’re adding to your ‘saved’ list ☺️… For those evenings after work when you just want to relax, this is a minimal effort dinner recipe that you’re going to LOVE… My ‘Last Minute Lasagne for One’ 🍅🌿 The trick is using 1 pouch of @heinz_uk ‘s Tomato Cannellini Beanz to sort out 90% of the cooking. I knew a beany lasagne would hit the spot on those tiring days, and luckily this recipe also got major approval from the other half 😂 ✅4 ingredients ✅Minimal cooking ✅Comforting ✅1 pouch = 1 portion The Beanz themselves have a lot of flavour in them already and they’re made from 100% natural ingredients which I know is important to a lot of us 💚 The creamy mozzarella and black pepper, this simple dish does feel like an elevated one, so I really hope this dish is one you keep coming back to! ☺️ The Recipe: Makes 1 portion Takes 25 minutes Ingredients: 1 pouch of Heinz Tomato Cannellini Beanz 4-6 lasagne sheets 125g ball of mozzarella (you need 2 slices) Fresh basil leaves Black pepper Method: Preheat the oven to 200°C/180°C (fan). Boil half a kettle. Break up the lasagna sheets into rough quarters & add to a pan with boiling water and simmer for 10-12 minutes. Whilst the pasta cooks, heat up your Tomato Cannellini Beanz pouch. Carefully drain the pasta, rinse with cold water. Starting with the lasagne sheets, alternate layers of lasagne sheets and the Beanz, finishing with a spread layer of the Beanz. Add 2 slices of mozzarella & place in the oven for around 15 minutes until the mozzarella has melted. Remove from oven, crack over black pepper and add some fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
