Hyrox Delhi was a blast. Finished 2nd in Mixed Doubles with a time of 1:06:54 with the most inspiring @shweshetty 🙏🏻💪🏻 To make sure we don’t go too hot we manage our HR to not exceed Threshold 2 (the point at which your body is unable to clear lactic acid fast enough) which for me is 175 HR (or 90% max HR if you don’t know your threshold HR).
