2026年再提醒大家 ✈️見習機師面試：你要主導，而唔係被動應答 先講兩招：① 關鍵字帶路 ② 用「可追問鉤子」收尾 唔想錯過見習機師應考資訊同航空知識，記得 Follow 我哋同 Save 低呢個 Post！ 🎯 核心思路 面試唔一定要完全跟住考官節奏走。 你可以透過精準嘅答案設計，將之後嘅追問帶入你熟悉嘅範圍，避免被動逐題拆彈。 呢種「帶路式回答」其實同專業訪談、媒體訓練入面常用嘅技巧好相似： 用關鍵訊息將焦點拉返去你想表達嘅內容。 ① 用「關鍵字」帶路 Keywords → 引導考官追問 答任何問題時，可以刻意放入 1–2 個你預先準備好嘅關鍵字，令考官自然沿住呢啲方向追問。 你可以準備嘅關鍵字包括： o Communication o Problem Solving & Decision Making o Leadership & Teamwork o Situational Awareness 以上都係航空業界常見嘅 Pilot Competencies。 📌 示範句： “Overall, after my flight training, my situational awareness improved a lot, especially when managing workload during different phases of flight.” 呢句入面嘅 situational awareness 同 workload management，就係可以引導考官繼續追問嘅關鍵字。 ② 用「可追問鉤子」收尾 Hooks → 你引導下一題 每段答案最後，可以加一個「鉤子句」，主動提示考官可以向邊個方向追問。 咁樣你就唔係單純答問題，而係慢慢將對話帶去你有準備、有信心嘅範圍。 呢個技巧同面試入面常見嘅 bridging technique 類似： 你仍然有回答原本問題，但同時將話題自然帶去你想表達嘅重點。 📌 示範句 1： “My training aircraft was the Cessna 172. It gave me a solid understanding of basic flight handling, and I’m also very interested in the Airbus A350 because of its advanced fly-by-wire system.” 呢句最後提到 A350，就有機會引導考官追問你對 A350、fly-by-wire 或現代客機科技嘅理解。 📌 示範句 2： “I believe communication is one of the most important pilot attributes, because pilots need to share clear information under pressure.
