Finance & Admin Manager The Role: Lead our financial strategy and daily operations. You will oversee AR, AP, payroll, and inventory while ensuring full compliance with BIR, SEC, and local government requirements. Focus: Budgeting, P&L analysis, and implementing robust internal controls. Experience: 5+ years in Finance/Accounting (3+ years in management). CPA preferred. 2. Revenue Assurance & AR Officer The Role: Protect the bottom line through meticulous auditing. You will reconcile daily sales across all branches, monitor various modes of payment, and maintain accurate aging reports. Focus: Identifying discrepancies and validating transaction data across systems. Experience: 2–4 years in Audit or Accounts Receivable. 3. Accounts Payable & Compliance Officer The Role: Manage disbursements and stay ahead of regulations. You’ll handle check vouchers, petty cash, and—crucially—ensure our VAT and withholding tax reports are BIR-compliant. Focus: Accuracy in disbursements and government tax documentation. Experience: 2–3 years in AP or General Accounting. 4. Purchasing & Inventory Officer The Role: Master the supply chain. From sourcing reliable suppliers to analyzing RFQs and managing clinic consumables, you’ll ensure our operations never skip a beat.
