Body • Mind • Soul Women’s Health & Wellness Experience Prevention. Education. Empowerment. This is our Health & Wellness Retreat coming back but BIGGER for the entire Reno community. The day will begin at 8:30 AM with an exclusive VIP guided meditation, light yoga/movement, and sound bath experience — grounding, intentional, and powerful. Following the session, VIP guests will enjoy wellness shots and light refreshments before doors open at 10:00 AM for the full summit experience. Then we transition into: • A curated women’s health vendor marketplace • 3 hours of expert programming which includes (12) selected professionals speaking on stage for 15 minute sessions These Educational sessions will be aligned with women’s health, prevention, and empowerment • Real education. Real prevention. Real resources. • Community impact initiatives including a nonprofit drive This Wellness Summit brings together women who believe their health deserves attention, education, and action.
