Kindly do not apply in case you do not fit the below requirements This is a full-time job , on-site role based in Furn El-Chebbak from 8.00AM till 6.00PM Weekdays / Saturdays till 1.00PM . This role is responsible for engaging with customers in-store and online, understanding their technical needs, and recommending suitable computers, components, and accessories. The Sales Specialist will prepare and follow up on quotes, process sales transactions, and support inventory and merchandising activities. The role includes providing after-sales support, resolving basic customer issues, and collaborating with the team to meet sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction. Qualifications • Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and build long-term relationships. • Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, meet targets, and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close. • Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn new products quickly and help educate customers and team members on features and benefits. • Basic technical knowledge of computers, components, and peripherals, with the ability to explain specifications and compare products clearly. • Proven experience in retail or technology sales is a must, with familiarity in standard sales procedures. • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. • High school diploma required; additional education or certifications in IT, electronics, or business are an advantage.
