[EDUCATIONAL TOUR DAY 2] Today Grade 3 pupils visited the Frederick Hendrick Museum at Vieux Grand Port. Pupils learned about the Dutch and French colonial settlements, particularly on the southeastern coast of Mauritius. Pupils had the opportunity to see the exhibition of colonial artifacts from the Dutch who were also the very first inhabitants of Mauritius. The field trip at this historical musuem has been an active learning space for our pupils. After the visit, pupils went to the Blue Bay Beach for lunch before heading back to school.
