As a parent of a child diagnosed with autism, there were moments when I felt completely helpless. I remember not being able to communicate with my daughter or truly understand what was on her mind. She would come home from school, and I couldn’t ask her about her day in a way that allowed her to fully express it. I could see the frustration on her face as she tried to tell me something. At times, she would grab my hand and lead me all the way to the pantry just to show me what she wanted to eat. Other times, she would pull me to different places in the house to point to what she needed because she could not express it verbally. I felt the weight of not being able to understand her, and I know that was just as exhausting for her as it was for me. I remember praying and asking God how I could help her when I felt like I didn’t even have the answers myself. Over time, He gave me strategies. Sometimes through dreams, sometimes through a quiet knowing in my spirit. He gave me the wisdom to support her in ways I had never known before. Little by little, things began to change. My daughter started using words, then sentences, and eventually began having simple conversations back and forth. I watched her voice grow. I watched her experience a kind of freedom I had prayed for. One night, as I was lying in bed, I felt led to take everything God had given me and turn it into something that could help other parents walking this same journey. That is how the Free Indeed app was created. Free Indeed is a tool designed to support parents who are wondering what they can do at home to help their child diagnosed with autism or speech delays. Inside the app, you will find language development cards, simple activities, and access to a community of parents who truly understand what this journey feels like. No parent should have to go through this alone. Available on IOS and Android
