ANKH HEALING — SAFELY Heal Yourself & Others ✨ Years ago, when I was starting out as a healer, I didn’t fully know how to avoid picking things up from people. I’d hold a powerful healing space for someone and then be processing all night as a result — not realising I needed to disconnect my energy from the person I was healing. It’s healing 101, and yet I was getting it totally wrong for the first few years of my healing journey. And this isn’t just for healers… if you feel depleted after spending time with certain people, or wiped out from supporting others, it might be that you’re processing not just your own stuff, but other people’s as well 💭✨ This is where Ankh Healing comes in. Over this training, you’ll learn: 🤲 Clear Guidance of how to offer Ankh Healing sessions to others ✨ Advanced techniques for Ka (energy body) healing ✨Protocol to create a safe healing space for others, including steps for setting up your space physically and energetically 💛 Guidance on holding powerful space for other people’s emotions without taking them on 🌿 How your own self-healing directly impacts the depth of healing you hold for others 🟣 How to work with the Violet Flame to ensure you don’t pick anything up from other people On the final day of the training, you can invite a friend to receive an Ankh Healing from you, whilst you’re both guided step-by-step by Kiya You’ll also learn how to prepare yourself post-training to offer healing sessions to friends or paying clients.
