You will learn: How to connect with your inner stillness How to rise you above worries How to become more at ease with uncertainty How to cultivate an inner sense of stability and confidence This course will be great for beginners as well as those with experience. Classes include guided meditations and advice for developing positive and peaceful habits of mind. This course is available Birmingham City Centre (Tuesdays & Sundays), Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton and online for members. Week 1 – 7th September: Quieten your overactive mind Week 2 – 14th September: Let go and live Week 3 – 21st September: Find peace in the face of uncertainty Week 4 – 28th September: Find refuge from the storm Week 5 – 5th October: Develop mental freedom The teacher The teacher of this class is Kelsang Lhasang. She is a Kadampa Buddhist nun, ordained in 2016. She has been studying and practicing Kadampa Buddhism and meditation since 2009. Known for her sincere good heart, Lhasang shares Buddha’s teachings with warmth and enthusiasm. Where is it?
