🚸 Central Marin Neighbors — Step Into a Leadership Role That Keeps Kids Safe 🚸 📍 San Rafael | Mill Valley | Fairfax Preferred ACMS is looking for a dedicated Part-Time Field Supervisor of School Crossing Guards to support our Central Marin County program. This is more than a job — it’s an opportunity to lead locally and make a visible difference in the safety of students and families every school day. If you’re a dependable, organized leader who enjoys being out in the community and supporting others, this could be the perfect fit. 💼 What You’ll Do: • Train, monitor and support School Crossing Guards • Conduct regular site visits throughout the area • Observe guard performance and provide coaching • Assist with scheduling and daily operations • Ensure safety standards and company policies are followed • Complete required administrative documentation You’ll work directly with guards in the field before and after school, helping ensure students travel safely every day. 🌟 What We’re Looking For: • Self-motivated and dependable leader • Strong communication and organizational skills • 1–2 years of supervisory experience preferred • Reliable transportation with clean driving record • Basic computer proficiency • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs • Willingness to travel locally (occasional overnight CA travel required) • Must meet School Crossing Guard requirements and complete fingerprinting/drug screening Candidates residing in San Rafael, Mill Valley, or Fairfax are strongly preferred due to response needs within the community. 💰 Compensation & Schedule: $24.00 per hour Approximately 5 hours per day School days only (no summer, holidays, or school breaks) Mileage reimbursement provided Eligible for year-end bonus About ACMS All City Management Services (ACMS) is the largest School Crossing Guard company in the nation.
