Glutathione is your weapon against alcohol. And, with enough glutathione, you can detoxify alcohol completely... In other words, the toxins from alcohol would be detoxified so rapidly, that the liver cells would not get damaged. But, Before I tell you how that's possible, we need to understand HOW alcohol is detoxified. Alcohol is broken down in our liver. During this process, Acetaldehyde is created. A substance 30x more toxic, than alcohol (ethanol). Now, I know this is hard to fathom... How toxic it is to have, for example, 7 drinks in one night... So, I have some compareables. These have the same toxic structure, and toxic load compared to 7 drinks worth of acetaldehyde. Having 7 drinks will equal... - Drinking a bottle of nail polish - Sniffing bleach fumes for 1 hour - Having 1 tablespoon of pain thinner Now... You'd never willingly do any of these 3. Who in their right mind would do? Yet, we already willingly do this... Whenever we have 7 drinks, and for women that's even 5 drinks! So, now that we know... just how toxic alcohol is, How can we protect ourselves against the devastating effects? We're not drinking alcohol to get damaged. We're drinking it to enjoy ourselves, and have fun. So, how can we keep having fun, while minimizing the damage? That's where science comes in. You see, Acetaldehyde (the extremely toxic substance) is broken down by one 'super-antioxidant' called glutathione. Now, here comes the 'aha' moment. The thing nobody realizes or knows. Neutralizing 1 mg of acetaldehyde, requires about 1 mg of glutathione... 7 drinks equal about... 400–500 mg of acetaldehyde. So, quick math, You'd need 400-500 mg of glutathione... But, guess how much glutathione, women over 40 have readily available? Only 300 mg on average... That means there's more toxins... than your body can detoxify. Every symptom you feel... The pounding headache. The nausea that won't quit. The brain fog that lasts for days. The anxiety that creeps in. It's all acetaldehyde poisoning your system. Because your glutathione ran out. This is why alcohol is so damaging, your body simply can't process it all! The acetaldehyde that is not detoxified, will kill the healthy liver-, and brain cells in your body. When the amount of toxins in your body is too much to detoxify for your liver... You start to develop liver distress. Repeat this time and time again... and scarring will form on the liver. Causing fatty liver disease, cirrhosis, and often fatal liver failure. It is now agreed upon by scientists, and doctors that even moderate drinking (5+ drinks per week for a woman) can cause these complications. It doesn't just happen for heavy drinkers. Binge drinkers, and moderate drinkers are at danger too. Why? Regular drinkers have less glutathione. They deplete their readily available pool of glutathione, making them more susceptible to damage. A vicious cycle, worsening the problem. So then how do we increase the readily available glutathione levels in our bodies so we can detoxify alcohol much faster? Well, we'll cover that in just a second. First we need to cover one last crucial component of alcohol detoxification. Because our problem is actually two-fold. 1. We have our baseline glutathione level. 2. And our rate of glutathione replenishment. After 7 drinks... Your liver needs 500 mg of glutathione — to fight off 500 mg of acetaldehyde. But, for women over 40... They only have 300 mg of glutathione readily available to defend against the 500 mg of acetaldehyde. There is a 200 mg deficit. Iff you're a woman over 40, the body only makes back about 200 mg a day. It's even less than that for regular drinkers. That's why, if your glutathione levels are low, and your rate or glutathione production is low, it can take 2½ full days just to recover from one night of drinking! In short... Your defense system against alcohol is completely depleted, and can't regenerate fast enough. This divides our problem in two. 1. We don't have enough glutathione... 2. We can't resupply glutathione fast enough... But, that's where science comes in. You can now do BOTH. With the right supplementation, you can increase the readily available glutathione levels... from just 500 mg... to 800 - 1,000 mg. That's a 30-100% increase with consistent use of the right supplementation. And how about glutathione replenishment? Well, you can increase this, from 200 mg per day, to 400-600 mg per day. A 200-300% increase. Cutting your time to recover after 7 drinks down from 2-3 days, down to less than a day. Without support, a regular 40-year-old drinker starts the night with maybe 300 mg of liver glutathione. But 7 drinks burn 500 mg, leaving the liver defenseless for hours or even days. With the right support, your body can start with a 1,000 mg of glutathione. That's even more than you'd need! And, it can regenerate glutathione levels back again twice as fast. Clearing out acetaldehyde before it does major damage. But here's what REALLY matters... Studies by the MAYO clinic, and Stanford University have proven that the precursors of glutathione need to be available in a precise 1-1-1 ratio to be effective. The most sought-after ingredient for glutathione production is N-Acetyl Cysteine (NAC). It is the rate-limiting amino acid your body needs to make glutathione. no NAC = no glutathione. With NAC supplementation in the right ratios, it can boost glutathione to astounding levels. For example, in patients with chronic liver disease, NAC has shown massive restoration of depleted glutathione levels. In people under oxidative stress (e.g. alcohol use, liver disease, smokers), the increase can be up to 80%! For healthy livers, it can increase the glutathione levels by up to 50%. *Reference: Atkuri et al., 2007, Current Opinion in Pharmacology* In short, it works! But, What many don't know, is that NAC is often 'underdosed.' Meaning companies put an amount of NAC in their supplements that is BELOW threshold. In other words, althought it contains NAC, it is NOT ENOUGH to feel the benefits. This is why it's recommended, to have at least 350mg per day. But, there's another ingredient that MUST BE included when aiming to increase glutathione levels. This is Silymarin. Silymarin is different from NAC. It does not build glutathione, but it protects glutathione. It strengthens the glutathione so that it can actually survive the extremely toxic acetaldehyde. Silymarin has been shown to boost glutathione levels by 30–50% under stress, compared to no silymarin. And, in some studies, it blocked glutathione loss caused by alcohol or toxins completely. In short, you can't take one without the other. If you want real protection... You need MORE glutathione, and you need to BOOST glutathione. Only then, are you sufficiently protected. That's where Daily Restore comes in. It has proven ingredients, in the right amounts. It is not a detox pill, it is not a hangover cure, and it is certainly not a magic pill. It is a one-of-a-kind solution. A solution that is unavaible anywhere else. It is the first, and only in its category. A formula that targets alcohol at its core. It enables your body to detoxify alcohol at a never seen before speed, and recover like nothing else. All the symptoms of being toxified?
