Ad text

Mental health struggles are no different than a broken ankle... You can't just push through the pain and expect it to heal. It takes time, rehab, & the right care. But when it comes to mental health, instead of support, people often add more pressure... labeling you as ""crazy"" or ""weird"" etc. pressure they'd never put on your broken ankle. Can make it hard to fix it. Rehab your mind like you would a sprained ankle. Training, diet, destress, sunlight, community, etc. Come back stronger & more confident.
