Ad text
You've tried talking about it. Maybe it helped — maybe it didn't go deep enough. EMDR is different. It works with your nervous system, not just your thoughts. No need to retell your story in detail. No need to justify your pain. Just real, evidence-based healing — in a space that was built for you. At Shakti Empowerment & Counselling, we offer EMDR through an anti-oppressive, decolonial, and intersectional feminist lens. A space where women of colour — and especially South Asian women — don't have to translate their experiences to be understood. Your trauma is real. Your healing is possible. 👉 Book your free discovery call today — link in bio. Covered by most extended health benefits. #emdrtherapist #emdrtherapy #psychotherapyonline #psychotherapist #ontariotherapist
