What happens when failure simply isn't an option? In 2017, with just R14 in her pocket and two sons to care for, Fatima Davids @corpchem relocated to Cape Town to pursue opportunity. Failure was simply not an option. Today, she is growing her business even further as the very first recipient of the Basadi-Women Growth Fund. This past week, we officially launched the fund - a colourful and special morning (and definitely one of my favourites yet) as we unpacked the heart behind the fund, and celebrated the resilience and vision of women in business.
