This is not an administrative assistant role. We're looking for someone who takes ownership, creates structure, improves processes, leads people, and ensures every aspect of the operation runs efficiently and consistently. Requirements: - 90% English level. - 3+ years of experience in operations, project management, or business operations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Experience implementing and managing project management platforms (Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com or similar). - Strong experience creating, documenting, and maintaining SOPs. - Experience coordinating multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. - Proven leadership experience managing or supervising team members. - Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills. - Ability to manage workflows, accountability, and operational execution. - Experience with CRM platforms, DocuSign, or similar business tools is a plus. - US residential real estate experience is a plus. - Experience working within an EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System) environment is a strong plus. - On-site availability required.
