💖 The Heart Behind Phoenix Sweets 💖 If you’ve ever visited our Adelaide boutique, you might have been warmly greeted by our tiniest (and most charming) team member — Amber. Amber’s journey with Phoenix Sweets started before she was born, helping “set up” a wedding dessert table at Four Seasons while still in mum’s tummy! By just a month old, she was surrounded by the aroma of fresh cakes in our studio — a little cot in the corner and all. When we moved from Hong Kong to open our very first overseas store in Adelaide, Amber was only three. By four, instead of just playing, she chose to welcome customers, explain our cupcake flavours, remind people how to store their cakes, and even open doors with a smile that can light up the room. As parents running bakeries across two countries, our days are long — but having Amber by our side turns our shop into more than just a cake store. It’s a place filled with love, memories, and the sweetest family moments. 🍰 At Phoenix Sweets, every cake is handmade with the same care, dedication, and heart we pour into our family — because for us, cake is more than dessert; it’s part of every meaningful celebration. 📍 Visit us at 113 King William Road, Unley SA, and be part of our story. 💌 Share with us — did you also grow up helping out in your family’s business? #PhoenixSweets #AdelaideCakes #LuxuryCakes #CustomCakes #ButtercreamCakes #LessSweetCakes #VeganCakes #MadeWithLove #FamilyBusiness #CelebrationCakes @phoenixsweets
