📣 A major milestone for aviation safety and efficiency in Angola! We're proud to share a major achievement in ICAO's technical cooperation with Angola: the successful completion of the Global Site Acceptance Test for the upgraded VHF voice communication system across the Luanda Flight Information Region. This milestone marks a key step toward improving safety, clarity, and reliability in pilot-controller communications and supports Angola's preparations for the opening of Aeroporto Internacional Dr. António Agostinho Neto. Led by ICAO, teams worked tirelessly to conduct rigorous live-traffic testing and system validation in collaboration with ENNA, JOTRON, and other partners. Congratulations to all teams for their hard work and collaboration in making this milestone a reality! 🔗Read more about this progress: https://unitingaviation.com/news/capacity-implementation/icao-support-in-action-modernizing-angolas-air-navigation-infrastructure/?utm_campaign=coschedule&utm_source=facebook_page&utm_medium=ICAO%20-%20International%20Civil%20Aviation%20Organization&utm_content=UA%20Article%20-%20Modernizing%20Angola%27s%20air%20navigation%20infrastructure
