Join Our Elite Team as Our Tech Wizard (Tech Team Lead)! 🛠️ Do you live and breathe automations, databases, and AI? Can you build systems that run an entire company on autopilot? 🚀 We're hiring a world-class Tech Team Lead to own our entire backend infrastructure - GoHighLevel, n8n, Supabase, AI agents, and everything in between. We are the #1 marketing agency in the aesthetic skin tightening space, managing ~100 active clients and scaling fast toward $1M/mo. We're looking for ONE technical savage to take full ownership of our systems, automations, and client onboarding process. This person will be responsible for building the engine that powers the entire operation - and eventually automating it all through AI. ⚡ You must be fluent in English and obsessed with building things that work. We need someone who knows GoHighLevel inside and out, can build complex n8n automations in their sleep, understands databases and coding, and stays ahead of every AI trend. We want someone who sees a manual process and immediately thinks "I can automate that." 🚨 This is a completely remote position. 💰 We offer competitive compensation, performance-based growth opportunities, and a clear path to owning a major piece of a rapidly scaling company. Stop building systems for companies that don't appreciate you - come build the future with us! 👉
