Participants Needed for Doctoral Research Study Your voice matters. We are exploring how mental health professionals support adults with childhood adversity (ACEs). If you work in this field, this study is for you. Who Should Participate You may be eligible if you are a: Psychiatrist Psychiatric Social Worker Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) Program Manager MD or DO And you: Have 5 or more years of experience working with adults who have experienced ACEs Practice in the United States Have served on a multidisciplinary team and/or treated co-occurring disorders What Participation Involves Create a pseudonym at the start of the study (used throughout to protect confidentiality) Participate in a 45–60 minute one-on-one semi-structured interview (in person or via Zoom) Optional 15-minute follow-up interview for clarification or debriefing, if needed Review your documented interview for accuracy prior to publication Topics discussed may include: Professional background (race, ethnicity, gender, age, years of experience) Experience working with adults with poor coping behaviors Observations of client behaviors Challenges faced when supporting adults with ACE-related trauma Participation is completely voluntary.
