Jenny will lead a powerful yet grounding practice of kundalini yoga, ending with deep relaxation and a sound journey to allow integration of the experience. About these medicines: Sananga is used in the form of eyedrops and can be a strong, but a short lasting experience. It is a powerful medicine of the Amazon rainforest traditionally used for both physical and spiritual healing used to improve focus, reduce headaches and migraines and cleanse and strengthen you energetically. Hapé is a sacred tobacco based snuff and a very important medicine to many Indigenous peoples of the Amazon rainforest, such as the Yawanawa. This powerful medicine has many traditional healing uses and a strong force that has the power to transform you internally into more balance and equilibrium. Lydia has worked and studied with Hapé for many years and will serve a tailored dose for those that wish to receive. Hapé is not a psychedelic.
