Accomplished one of my goals for the new year that I had my heart (and gut) set on. Being dyslexic, I've always had to work twice as hard as some to achieve academic endeavors, (ask me about my bank teller days...transposing numbers is not a good thing, but it got me moved to a New Accounts desk so it worked out perfectly in that case.) I'm happy to let everyone know that I accomplished getting one of my two books, that were previously traditionally published, but now out of print books, re-published. I had editors and artists on my last two books who took care of it all through two lovely publishing companies that took a chance on my works. This past month, I secured new ISBN numbers and sat at my computer for hours, working with glitchy programs, etc. to remove the old publisher info. and revamped my New Adult book, Rock Angel. I even have my own imprint now---Red Dirt Rocker Press for my next book. If you'd like to check, Rock Angel, out pop over to jodyannfrench.com, Amazon.com, or Barnesandnoble.com. It's a coming of age story of Emily, a young musician who lost her mother at an early age. A heartfelt coming of age story with a supernatural twist. Suggested age, 12(ish) and up! My reviews haven't transferred over from the previous version on Amazon, but so proud they were all a solid 5 star! I've also almost completed a screen play based on the book as well. That's goal number two to finish over the summer. Always remember, you can do hard things!!! 💜💜 Ps You may recognize my models on the new cover. 💜💜
