Nurses / Nursing Sisters / Matrons Required Royal Nursing Home (Pvt) Ltd is recruiting experienced Nurses, Nursing Sisters, and Matrons with over 10 years of experience in Government Hospitals for permanent employment. The selected candidates will be responsible for supervising home nursing services provided across the Colombo District and carrying out special nursing procedures. Job Responsibilities Supervise a minimum of 10 homes within the Colombo District where nursing services are provided by our company. Monitor the quality of nursing care and submit regular reports to the Head Office. Perform and supervise special nursing procedures when required. Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in a Government Hospital. Valid registration with the Sri Lanka Nursing Council. Strong practical experience in Catheterization, Nasogastric Tube insertion, PEG Tube care, and other professional nursing procedures is essential. Working Hours Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Saturday: 8:30 AM to 2:00 PM Sunday: Holiday Salary & Benefits Monthly salary from Rs. 120,000/- to Rs. 200,000/- (Salary will be decided based on the applicant’s current position, qualifications, and experience) Official vehicle facilities with a driver will be provided for duty visits.
