🌟 Join Our Team – Female Support Worker Needed in Mitchelton & Surrounds We're looking for a compassionate, patient and emotionally mature female support worker to work one-on-one with some of our NDIS participants What you'll be doing: ✅ Household tasks and daily living support ✅ Personal and intimate care ✅ Supporting healthy routines (nutrition, medication, exercise) ✅ Emotional wellbeing and regulation support ✅ Attending appointments and community activities ✅ Building independence and social connections What we're looking for: 💙 Experience with mental health, psychosocial or neurodivergent presentations 💙 Calm, patient and empathetic under pressure 💙 Reliable and consistent 💙 Comfortable providing personal care 💙 Bonus: Interest in music, dance, arts or nature; Mental Health First Aid; PBS knowledge 📍 Location: Mitchelton and surrounding north-western suburbs of Brisbane ⏰ Hours: Casual, 20–38 hours per week Ready to make a real difference?
