Mat Monkeys 1 – Martial Arts for Kids (Ages 4–9) Give your child a fun and positive introduction to martial arts! Mat Monkeys is a martial-arts-themed physical education program designed especially for children ages 4–9. Through age-appropriate games, movement drills, and beginner martial arts skills, students develop coordination, confidence, and respect in a safe and encouraging environment.
